September 2023- I highly recommend Play Tampa Bay for GREAT Playsets.  We got exactly what we wanted, and can't wait to add more stuff and the kids get older.  I wasn't sure if I could fit what I wanted into my yard, so Todd came over and measured to be sure.  We really shopped around and no one else offered to come over (and I live 45 minutes from their store).  Customer Service was excellent, the prices were very good, and we got a great playset installed in our backyard (Luke and Jacob) did a great job, and even let my kids "help" out and ask a million questions while they built it.  Play Tampa Bay is a great local family owned business, not a franchise, and they're AWESOME! 

August 2023- We have been working from home for a while and had to get a playset for our 3 children ASAP.  Todd and his team came to our yard (yes, all the way from St. Pete to Hernando County) to measure and talk with all of us about what we could do for our kids.  Everyone got exactly what they wanted, and the playset was in our yard within a few weeks.  The kids had their faces pressed against the windows for 4 hours.  Then, it was playtime!  Thanks Play Tampa Bay!  You made our new home office the place to be (and quieter in the house).  I recommend Play Tampa Bay to all of our friends and neighbors. 

May 2023- We love our new playset from Play Tampa Bay!  The whole experience was great- they came to our yard and measured, helped us figure out what would fit.  Once we decided what to get, the playset was in our yard a few days later- the kids (and neighbors) haven't left the backyard since.  We recommend Play Tampa Bay to anyone- high quality, excellent customer service, and a fair price.  Thanks!

December 2021- Thanks to Todd and his team for helping us purchase a great playground for our grandchildren.  Todd worked with us to get the Best playground for our family, who live far from us up north.  We loved seeing the videos of the kids seeing what grandma and pop-pop gave them for Christmas!  The Discovery was perfect, big enough for the kids, and perfect for the backyard.  We can't wait to play with them when we get to Florida next month.  Thanks Play Tampa Bay!

September 2021- School just started, we have a new baby in the house, and our playset has turned our backyard into our own park.  Older sister and brother love their new Voyager Deluxe with the CloubHouse underneath!!!  Play Tampa Bay was a great company to work with, came to us to talk about their products, and the planning and transaction all happened at our convenience, in our yard.  Thank for helping our kids re-discover their own backyard.

March 2021- We've moved 3 times in the last 5 years.....and took our Play Tampa Bay playsets with us every time.  They came and moved, and we even added a 7' level this last time.  The playset is in great shape, and our children met some new friends in our new neighborhood...we're the backyard all the new neighbors come to swing and play!

August 2019- We needed a play set for my Autistic Son and it was recommended to go through Play Tampa Bay. Todd was awesome at explaining the different options for us and working with our special needs. My little guy loves his play set and it looks beautiful. I can't thank Todd and Play Tampa Bay enough. 

August 2019- If you're looking for the best value, highest quality, and custom playset, GO to PLAY TAMPA BAY!  We got exactly what we need (believe it or not, they recommended less than I thought I needed for my really young kids) and can't wait until we add on next year.

May, 2019- awesome experience, from beginning to end.  todd was great!  we got exactly what we wanted for our twins.  we had to have the playground ready for a party at our house, and they helped expedite the order and installed in the evening so it was ready for the morning event.   todd made sure we knew all of our options, and we can't wait to add more as the twins grow up.  i recommend play tampa bay to anyone- they're terrific! 

December 2018- BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! We live in Miami and had to do all of our correspondence via phone or email. Todd was always available to answer our questions. We wanted to purchase a set for our grandson who is 23 months old. Todd definitely steered us in the right direction and never tried to over sell us.
Todd was on time the day of delivery and set up. He had the swing set up in about an hour. Unfortunately for Todd, he had forgotten the slide in Sarasota and we were in Valrico. So, he drove the hour each way and never complained (other than kicking himself for forgetting).
Play Tampa Bay is top notch and I would highly suggest purchasing from here if you want a play set for your child or grandchildren that is made in the highest of quality materials.
My grandson wants to be outside all the time now and the neighborhood kids love it too. We are looking forward to adding on to this set for years.  

January 2016- These Guys are great! They installed a set for me a couple years back and its holding up perfectly. I'm going to have them add some accessories now that my daughter is older.
